Supernormal Staircase

Our brilliantly Red Helical stair features at Supernormal restaurant and Bar in Flinders Lane, leading guests down to a private dining and Karaoke Room. Be sure to give it a go (the stair, not the Karaoke).

Mesh Treads

Let the Light Through

enzie® have a number of options to allow light to transfer between the upper and lower level. The most visually impressive way is to use glass treads. Glass allows light to flow through the stairs, creating a very airy and luxurious dwelling. As natural light permeates the space, it produces different moods and forms a seamless transition between rooms. Glass can also be used in landings and “see-throughs” from one floor to another to add even more visual interest and drama. Glass makes a dramatic entrance. A staircase is a natural architectural centerpiece and often makes the first impression as one enters a home or business. Don’t miss the opportunity to make it spectacular.

A cost effective alternative to Glass treads is to use Steel Mesh. Mesh treads allow an openness and transparency level similar to glass at a reduced cost whilst still maintaining an uncompromised Architectural aesthetic.

enzie on The Block

enzie® was selected by Julian Brenchley of Brenchley Architects to supply stairs to Chanel 9’s The Block 2014. Each contestant was encouraged to select a stair which they felt best suited the apartments style and finish. The stairs themselves were vital to the build as they were the cole staircase connecting the living spaces on level one, to the bedrooms on level two and again to the impressive roof decks.
